摘要
根据工程指标和水文地质特性对刀盘切削功能的要求确定刀具种类;根据刀具磨损等寿命原则,采用磨损系数法,确定沿半径方向刀盘辐条上刀具的布置数量;考虑对刀盘的对称性和稳定性的影响,刀具采用多条螺旋线的布置形式。
The type of cutters is chose based on the cutter performance required by engineering indexes and hydrogeological characteristics.The number of cutters on the spokes of cutter heads is determined in the principle of equal life by the means of wear coefficients.Cutters arrange in the form of multiple helical lines in consideration of the influence on the symmetry and stability of cutter heads.
