摘要
以S企业为研究对象,发现技术部门绩效管理中存在等同于绩效考核、方法不合理、误认为仅是人力资源部门的工作、缺乏沟通和反馈等问题,提出认真做好绩效工作计划、改进绩效管理方法、建立全员参与的激励机制、建立健全沟通和反馈机制等改进措施。
Taking S enterprise as the research object,it is found that there are some problems in the performance management of technical departments,such as performance appraisal,unreasonable methods,mistaken for only the work of human resources department,lack of communication and feedback,and so on.This paper puts forward some improvement measures,such as making good performance work plan,improving performance management method,establishing incentive mechanism for all staff participation,establishing and perfecting communication and feedback mechanism.
