摘要
20世纪50年代初的贯彻婚姻法运动是一场围绕身体开展的运动式普法活动,其间身体不仅是推行法律的载体,还是政治操演的主题。在身体之伤的体悟中,多种元素交织互化,妇女借助“具身性认知”场域,认清了封建婚姻制度的多重劣根性。婚姻法赋予了女性平等和解放,但她们的身体同样需要接受新道德和政治文化的规训,在国家看来,挣脱枷锁、参与生产与回归家庭三位一体,同等重要。妇女的认知模式在贯彻婚姻法运动中发生了前所未有的更迭,承载着丰富象征意义和实践意义的身体,成为构建政治认同,实现“人之再造”的基础和依托。身体、法律、政治三者互动共生,彼此嵌入,合力塑造着中国妇女的新样貌。
The implementation of the marriage law movement at the beginning of the 1950s is a movement-like activity around the body,during which the body is not only the carrier of the practice of law,but also the theme of the political exercise.On the understanding of bodily injury,many elements intertwined and interchanged.Women recognized the multiple roots of the feudal marriage system through the field of“body cognition”.The marriage law gives women freedom,equality and liberation,but their bodies also need to receive new moral and political training.In the view of the state,it is equally important to break the shackles and participate in the trinity of production and return to the family.The cognitive model of women has undergone unprecedented changes in the implementation of the marriage law movement,carrying the body with rich symbolic meaning and strong practical initiative,which has become the basis and support for the construction of political identity and the realization of“man s reengineering”.The three elements of body,law and politics interacted and interbedded together to create a new look of Chinese women.
