Research on Farmers Green Control Techniques Adoption Behavior and Its Effect Evaluation

基于中国南方水稻主产区731户农户调查数据,采用Heckman两阶段模型分析农户绿色防控技术采纳行为的影响因素,研究表明,农户对绿色防控技术的采纳程度受众多因素的综合影响,但以政府因素为主。同时,建立联立方程模型实证分析农户绿色防控技术采纳的经济效应与环境效应,结果表明农户采纳绿色防控技术具有显著的经济与环境效应,但现阶段化学农药仍是促进水稻产量增长的重要因素。绿色防控技术的深入推进,还需灵活革新监管方式,稳步提升培训效果;积极发挥市场作用,扎实促进优质优价;积极转变教育模式,充分发挥示范作用。

Based on survey data from 731 farmers in the main rice-producing areas of southern China,this paper uses a Heckman two-stage model to analyze the influencing factors of farmers adoption of green control techniques,which shows that the adoption degree of farmers green control techniques is influenced by many factors,mainly by government factors.At the same time,a simultaneous equation model was established to empirically analyze the economic and environmental effects of the adoption of green control techniques for farmers.The results show that the adoption of green control techniques for farmers have significant economic and environmental effects,but chemical pesticides are still an important factor in promoting rice yield grow that the present stage.The in-depth advancement of green control techniques still needs to flexibly innovate supervision methods and steadily improve the effectiveness of training;play an active role in the market and solidly promote high-quality and preferential prices;actively change the education model and give full play to the role of demonstration.
