摘要
目的探究冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦治疗急性心力衰竭(AHF)疗效及对血清尿酸(UA)、B型利钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的78例AHF患者为受试对象,使用随机数字表法分为联合组与对照组各39例。对照组予常规抗AHF药物及左西孟旦,联合组在对照组基础上予冻干重组人脑利钠肽。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗72h后心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)]、心衰危险程度(UA、BNP)变化。结果治疗72h后,两组患者LVEF水平均较治疗前提升,且联合组高于对照组(P均<0.05);而LVEDV、UA、BNP水平均较治疗前下降,且联合组低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦治疗AHF效果显著,有利于患者心功能恢复,能明显降低患者心衰危险程度。
Objective To explore the efficacy of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with levosimendan on acute heart failure(AHF)and its effects on levels of serum uric acid(UA)and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP).Methods Seventy-eight patients with AHF admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into combined group and control group by using random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional anti-AHF drug and levosimendan while combined group was treated with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of control group.Cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)]and risk of heart failure(UA,BNP)were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 72h of treatment.Results After 72h of treatment,the LVEF levels in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the level in combined group was higher than that in control group(all P<0.05).The levels of LVEDV,UA and BNP were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels in combined group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with levosimendanhas significant effects in the treatment of AHF,and it is beneficial to the recovery of cardiac function and can significantly reduce the risk of heart failure.
