强化健康宣教对稳定期COPD患者治疗依从性、用药知晓程度的影响

Effect of Intensive Health Education on Treatment Compliance and Drug Awareness in Patients with Stable COPD

目的探讨稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者进行强化健康宣教对其治疗依从性及用药知晓程度的影响。方法将本院2018年11月至2019年3月收治的80例已进入稳定期COPD患者纳入研究样本,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者予普通护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上强化健康宣教,随访3个月后比较两组患者的复发情况、治疗依从性、用药知晓程度。结果干预3个月后,观察组复发率(5.00%),低于对照组患者复发率(27.50%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,观察组患者各项治疗依从性均明显高于对照组,两组患者差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后观察组患者的用药知晓程度评分(75.85±5.15)比对照组(58.65±7.25)显著好,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对稳定期COPD患者进行强化健康宣教,有效提高了患者的治疗依从性及用药知晓程度,降低患者复发率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive health education on the compliance of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and their awareness of medication.Methods 80 patients with stable COPD admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases each.The patients in the control group were given general care.The patients in the observation group were strengthened on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence,treatment compliance,and medication awareness of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(27.50%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the compliance of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the drug awareness score of the observation group was(75.85±5.15),which was significantly better than the control group(58.65±7.25).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Intensive health education for patients with stable COPD can effectively improve the patient's treatment compliance and drug awareness,reduce the recurrence rate of patients,affect positive,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
