煤巷掘进治理区域顺层钻孔不同封孔深度抽采效果的研究

摘要 云煤一矿为煤与瓦斯突出的矿井,煤层瓦斯压力和含量高,受封孔技术影响,抽采效果不理想。为改善封孔效果,结合该矿实际,本文采用矿井现用封孔工艺,进行了两种不同深度的封孔试验,确定出矿井煤巷掘进治理区域顺层钻孔的封孔深度范围介于24~30 m,保证了回采工作面消突和瓦斯抽放的有效时间。 No.1 Mine of Yungaishan Coal Mine is a coal and gas outburst mine,the coal seam gas pressure and con⁃tent are high,and the drainage effect is not ideal due to the hole sealing technology.In order to improve the sealing ef⁃fect,combining the actual situation of the mine,this paper adopted the existing sealing technology of the mine to car⁃ry out two different depth sealing tests,and determined that the sealing depth of the bedding boreholes in the mine coal roadway excavation treatment area was between 24 and 30 m,which ensured the effective time of eliminating out⁃burst and gas drainage in the working face.
