抗栓治疗患者在肛肠疾病围手术期的管理建议

Perioperative management of patients with anorectal diseases treated with anti⁃thrombotic therapy

随着抗栓治疗患者的增多,肛肠科医师在临床工作中越来越多地面临围手术期出血与血栓栓塞的矛盾。而肛肠疾病手术因其特殊性,未有指南明确论及肛肠疾病围手术期的抗栓治疗管理方案。本文以国内外现有相关指南为指导,提出对正接受抗栓治疗且拟行肛肠疾病手术的患者围手术期抗栓与止血综合管理建议,以期为患者安全度过围手术期提供有利条件。

With more patients receiving antithrombotic therapy,proctologists are encountering more paradoxical occurrence of bleeding and thrombosis.Due to the particularities of anorectal surgery,there were no consensus or guidelines on perioperative antithrombotic therapy.Thus,we reviewed the current national and international guidelines,put forward recommendations for the comprehensive management of perioperative antithrombosis and hemostasis for patients who are receiving antithrombotic therapy and scheduled for surgery.
