3例血液系统疾病合并肛周感染治疗经验探讨

Hematologic diseases complicated with perianal infection:experience of 3 cases

肛周感染是血液系统疾病患者常见并发症之一,临床中常予以抗生素治疗、对症治疗及局部处理。在接受手术的患者中,术后常沿用保守治疗的方案,收效欠佳,手术切口愈合不良或延迟愈合。中国中医科学院西苑医院肛肠科在长期的临床实践中,对血液系统疾病合并肛周感染的手术患者予以中西医结合治疗方案,在术后抗感染治疗、常规换药护理、外用抗生素保留灌肠的基础上,加用中医内治及外治并进的治疗方法,收到了良好的短期效果。

Perianal infection is one of the common complications of patients with hematologic diseases.It is often treated with anti-infectives,support treatment,and local treatment.In patients undergoing surgery,conservative treatments are usually pre⁃scribed after surgery.However,treatment outcomes are often suboptimal with poor and delayed wound healing.The Department of Anorectal Diseases,Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,has been using integrated traditional Chi⁃nese and Western Medicine to manage patients with hematologic diseases complicated with perianal infection.The strategies are‘internal treatment’and‘external treatment’of traditional Chinese medicine based on anti-infective,regular dressing,and topi⁃cal antibiotics retention enema.By far,these strategies have produced favorable short-term outcomes.
