摘要
以聚酯多元醇(PE-1000)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、异氰酸酯(NCO)、功能基团和多种丙烯酸类单体为原料,经过多步反应制得水性聚氨酯–聚丙烯酸酯树脂。通过优化配方及性能测试,确定了最佳制备方案。经研究表明,该树脂在水性金属闪光漆中表现优秀,使涂膜能够获得较好的综合性能。
Waterborne polyurethane-polyacrylate was synthesized with PE-1000,DMPA,NCO,functional groups and several acrylic monomers through multistep reactions.By optimizing the formulation and performance testing,the best preparation scheme was determined.Research shows that the resin has excellent performance in waterborne metallic flash coatings.Therefore,the film can obtain better comprehensive properties.
