摘要
目的探索移动医疗服务患者感知价值维度构成,对移动医疗技术的发展和服务质量提升提供参考。方法参考感知价值相关理论,结合移动医疗环境,提出移动医疗服务患者感知价值维度假设;选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院、安徽医科大学第一附属医院、蚌埠医学院第一附属医院及蚌埠市第三人民医院接受过移动医疗服务的门诊及住院患者320名,通过问卷调查方式采集数据,并通过结构方程模型验证理论假设。结果建立的模型为:功能价值维度正向影响感知价值、效率价值维度正向影响感知价值、社会价值维度正向影响感知价值、情感价值维度正向影响感知价值、知识共享价值维度正向影响患者感知价值;结构方程模型经过反复检验,整体拟合度良好,符合参数标准,模型各维度路径假设均成立,对用户感知价值影响的路径系数由高到低依次为效率价值(0.28)、功能价值(0.25)、知识共享价值(0.24)、情感价值(0.23)、社会价值(0.22)。结论移动医疗服务提供方应采取多渠道推广宣传,优化就医流程,提高系统可操作性,提升服务质量和医疗效果,为患者提供高性价比的医疗服务。
Objective To explore the dimensional composition of patients'perceived value of mobile medical services,and to provide references for the development of mobile medical technology and the improvement of service quality.Methods According to the related theories of perceived value,combined with the mobile medical environment,the hypothesis of the perceived value of mobile medical services for patients was proposed;the first affiliated hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China,the first affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University,the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College and Bengbu City were selected The Third People's Hospital had 320 outpatients and inpatients who had received mobile medical services.Data were collected through questionnaire surveys,and theoretical hypotheses were verified through structural equation models.Results The established model was:functional value dimension positively affected perceived value,efficiency value dimension positively affected perceived value,social value dimension positively affected perceived value,emotional value dimension positively affected perceived value,knowledge sharing value dimension positively affected patients perceived value:The structural equation model had been repeatedly tested,the overall fit was good,and it met the parameter standard.The path assumptions of each dimension of the model were all established.The path coefficients that affect the user's perceived value were efficiency value(0.28)and functional value in descending order(0.25),knowledge sharing value(0.24),emotional value(0.23),social value(0.22).Conclusion Mobile medical service providers should adopt multi-channel promotion and publicity,optimize medical procedures,improve system operability,improve service quality and medical effects,and provided patients with cost-effective medical services.
