日间手术患者出院准备度与出院指导质量相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Discharge Preparation and Quality of Discharge Guidance for Patients Undergoing Day Surgery

目的探讨日间手术患者出院准备度以及出院指导质量现状,分析两者间的相关性。方法于2019年1~8月,对在泸州市某三甲医院肝胆外科行日间腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的患者采用便利抽样法,使用《一般资料调查表》《出院指导量表》《出院准备度量表》进行问卷调查,分析出院指导质量及患者出院准备度现状,探讨两者间的相关性。结果共150例患者参与调查,其中男39例,女111例,平均年龄(43.70±13.20)岁,文化水平以初中为主;调查显示,92.00%的日间手术患者已做好出院准备,出院准备度量表总分(166.26±34.52)分,处于中等水平;出院指导总分(95.67±14.54)分,处于中上水平。相关性分析显示,出院指导质量与出院准备度呈正相关性(r=0.821,P<0.05)。结论该院日间腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者出院准备度及出院指导质量较好,且两者呈正相关。另外,该院需要进一步提升护理人员出院指导能力,以求更好的指导患者,减少并发症的发生及非计划再入院率,提升医疗质量。

Objective To explore the current status of discharge preparation and the quality of discharge guidance for patients undergoing day surgery,and analyze the correlation between the two.Methods From January to August 2019,the convenience sampling method was used for patients who underwent day laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of a tertiary hospital in Luzhou City.Use the"General Information Questionnaire","Discharge Guidance Scale"and"Discharge Preparation Scale"to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the quality of discharge guidance and the status of patients'discharge readiness to explore the correlation between the two.Results A total of 150 patients participated in the survey,including 39 males and 111 females,with an average age of(43.70±13.20)years old.The education level was mainly junior high school.The survey showed that 92.00%of day surgery patients were ready to be discharged from the hospital.The total score of the preparation scale is(166.26±34.52),which is at the middle level;the total score of discharge guidance was(95.67±14.54),which was at the middle and upper level.Correlation analysis showed that the quality of discharge guidance was positively correlated with discharge readiness(r=0.821,P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital discharge preparation and the quality of discharge guidance for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy during daytime laparoscopic cholecystectomy were good,and there was a positive correlation between the two.In addition,the hospital needed to further improve the discharge guidance ability of nursing staff,in order to better guide patients,reduced the incidence of complications and unplanned readmissions,and improved the quality of medical care.
