干扰素联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨干扰素联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年7月本院诊治的支气管哮喘患儿200例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患儿应用常规治疗和布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,观察组患儿在对照组基础上给予注射用重组人干扰素-γ雾化吸入治疗。比较两组总有效率、肺功能指标、气促、哮鸣音、咳嗽症状的消失时间、住院时间以及不良反应。结果治疗7 d后,观察组患儿的总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的87.0%(P<0.05);治疗7 d后观察组患儿的肺功能指标VC、FVC、FEV1、PEF均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的气促、哮鸣音、咳嗽症状的消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);两组均未出现明显不良反应,顺利完成疗程。结论小儿支气管哮喘临床治疗中应用布地奈德混悬液和干扰素-γ雾化吸入治疗效果肯定,促进患儿临床症状缓解,改善肺功能。 Objective To explore the effect of interferon combined with budesonide on pediatric bronchial asthma(PBA).Methods A total of 200 children with bronchial asthma(BA)diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects of research and randomly divided into two groups.The children of the control group received conventional treatment and atomization inhalation of budesonide suspension,while the children of the observation group were treated with atomization inhalation of recombinant human interferonγ(IFN-γ)for injection on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,the pulmonary function indexes,the duration of disappearance of dyspnea,wheezing rale and cough and the hospitalization time and the obvious adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After 7 d of treatment,the total effective rate in the children of the observation group was 96.0%,which was higher than 87.0%of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the pulmonary function indexes such as VC,FVC,FEV1 and PEF of the children in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The duration of disappearance of dyspnea,wheezing rale and cough and the hospitalization time 7 in the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group(P<0.01).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and the course of treatment was successfully completed in both of them.Conclusion The application of budesonide suspension and atomization inhalation of IFN-γto the clinical treatment of PBA produces definite therapeutic effect,which helps to relieve the clinical symptoms of the children and improve the pulmonary function.
