活血祛瘀、益气通窍联合补肾疏风法治疗过敏性鼻炎效果观察

Effect observation on the promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Yiqi Tongqiao combined with Bushen Shufeng method in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的观察过敏性鼻炎活血祛瘀、益气通窍联合补肾疏风法治疗效果。方法回顾性选取2018年1月~2020年1月我院过敏性鼻炎患者100例,依据治疗方法分为常规性西医治疗组(n=50)和常规性西医治疗基础上中医活血祛瘀、益气通窍联合补肾疏风法治疗组(中西医结合治疗组,n=50)两组,统计分析两组患者的症状积分、血清炎症细胞因子水平、免疫功能、肺功能、临床疗效。结果中西医结合治疗组患者治疗后的全身症状、局部症状积分及总积分降低幅度均显著高于常规性西医治疗组(P<0.05)。中西医结合治疗组患者治疗后的血清IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平降低幅度均显著高于常规性西医治疗组(P<0.05)。中西医结合治疗组患者治疗后的Th1/Th2、IgE、PEF、FEV1/FVC升高幅度均显著高于常规性西医治疗组(P<0.05)。在治疗的总有效率方面,中西医结合治疗组为96.0%(48/50),常规性西医治疗组为76.0%(38/50),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎治疗采用活血祛瘀、益气通窍联合补肾疏风法治疗效果好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Yiqi Tongqiao combined with Bushen Shufeng method in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into conventional Western medicine treatment group(n=50)and traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Yiqi Tongqiao combined with Bushen Shufeng based on conventional Western medicine treatment group(integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group,n=50).The symptom score,serum inflammatory cytokine levels,immune function,lung function,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the systemic symptoms,local symptom scores and total scores of patients in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those in the conventional western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-4,IL-6,IFN-γand TNF-αlevels of patients in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those in the conventional western medicine treatment group after treatment(P<0.05).The increase of Th1/Th2,IgE,PEF,FEV1/FVC after treatment in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that in the conventional western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 96.0%(48/50)in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group,which was significantly higher than 76.0%(38/50)in the conventional western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Yiqi Tongqiao,combined with Bushen Shufeng have a good therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis.
