快速康复理念对结直肠癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复及应激反应的影响研究

Analysis on impacts of rapid rehabilitation concept on gastrointestinal function recovery and stress reaction in patients with colorectal cancer after operation

目的探讨分析快速康复理念对结直肠癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复及应激反应的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月~2020年1月行结直肠癌根治术的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30);其中对照组围术期予以常规护理,研究组在对照组治疗基础上予以快速康复理念护理;观察比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、各应激反应指标变化及并发症发生情况。结果(1)研究组术后肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间、进食时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)研究组与对照组术前IL-6、CRP、SAA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组术后1 d、5 d各应激指标均明显升高,但对照组明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。(3)研究组并发症总发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论通过采取快速康复理念护理模式,可促进结直肠癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复,减少应激反应和并发症的发生,可在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate and analyze the impacts of rapid rehabilitation concept on gastrointestinal function recovery and stress reaction of patients with colorectal cancer after operation.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients admitted to our hospital and treated by radical resection of colorectal cancer were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,while the study group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,changes of various stress reaction indexes and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results(1)The time of first anal exhaust,defecation and eating in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of IL-6,CRP and SAA between the study group and the control group before operation(P>0.05).The stress reaction indexes of the two groups increased significantly on the 1st and 5th day after operation,while the control group was significantly higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).(3)The total complications rate in the study group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By adopting the nursing mode of rapid rehabilitation concept,the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients with colorectal cancer after operation was promoted,the stress reaction was reduced and the incidence of complications was decreased.It should be promoted in clinic.
