摘要
浮头式换热器的传统检修过程繁琐耗时,对施工条件、试压工装、打压工具、密封条件等因素要求很高。依据石油化工装置检修经验,大批量检修管束泄漏率不超过10%,即90%的试压工装试压步骤实际为无效工序,开发出高效、简便的管束泄漏检测装置十分必要。
The traditional maintenance process of floating head heat exchanger is complicated and time-consuming,which has high requirements on construction conditions,pressure test tooling,pressure tools,sealing conditions and other factors.According to the maintenance experience of petrochemical plant,the leakage rate of bundle in bulk maintenance was not more than 10%,i.e.90%of the pressure test tooling was actually an invalid procedure,it was very necessary to develop an efficient and simple pipe bundle leak test device.
