摘要
用WTW OxiTop BOD分析仪测试稠油炼制废水BOD,测试原理为电子压力传感法,将废水中的有机物被生物降解过程中耗氧量的变化转变为压力变化,再换算为相应的数据输出。用该仪器测定标准样品的BOD,结果准确;测定稠油炼制废水的BOD,测定结果平行,重复性好;分析并确定了样品测试过程中的关键因素,为稠油炼制废水的BOD测定提供了新方法。
The WTW OxiTop BOD analyzer was used to determine the BOD of heavy oil wastewater.The determination principle was to use electronic pressure sensing methods to convert the change of oxygen consumption in the process of organic matter being biodegraded into the change of pressure,and then convert into the corresponding data output.The result was accurate using this analyzer to determine the BOD of the standard sample;the results were parallel and reproducible after determination of BOD of wastewater by refining heavy oil.This paper analyzed and determined the key factors in the sample testing process,which provided a new method for BOD determination of wastewater by refining heavy oil.
