为提升安全管理能力、降低生产环境安全隐患,在分析影响化工厂安全的因素及其关系的基础上,形成安全管理指标体系,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,进而用灰色理论分析安全管理现状,找出短板。

In order to further improve the safety management capabilities of chemical plants and reduce the potential safety hazards in the production environment of chemical plants,based on the analysis of factors affecting the safety of chemical plants and their re⁃lationships,this paper forms a safety management index system and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weights.Then use gray theory to analyze the current situation of safety management and find out the shortcomings.
