摘要
采用挤出注塑的工艺制备了不同配比的滑石粉(Talc)/硅灰石纤维/聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,研究了滑石粉和硅灰石纤维的含量对聚丙烯的力学性能,热性能及微观结构的影响。使用硅烷偶联剂对硅灰石纤维和滑石粉进行表面改性处理提高改性材料的表面疏水亲脂性,使填料能够在聚丙烯树脂中均匀分散并与基体材料有很好的亲和性能。研究表明,滑石粉/硅灰石纤维/聚丙烯复合材料的弯曲性能随硅灰石和滑石粉含量的增加而增大,复合材料的拉伸和抗冲击强度也有所增加,而滑石粉/硅灰石的含量变化对复合材料的熔融温度基本没影响。
Talc/wollastonite fiber/polypropylene(PP)composites with different proportions were prepared by extrusion injection molding.The effects of the content of talc and wollastonite fiber on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and microstructure of polypropylene were studied.The surface of wollastonite fiber and talc was modified by silane coupling agent to improve the surface hydrophobic and lipophilic properties of the modified materials,so that the filler could be evenly dispersed in polypropylene resin and had a good affinity with the matrix material.The results showed that the flexural properties of talc/wollastonite fiber/polypropylene composites increased with the increase of the content of wollastonite and talc,and the tensile and impact strength of the composites also increased.However,the content of talc/wollastonite had no effect on the melting temperature of the composites.
