在线塑料造粒的颗粒次品回收循环自动输送系统设计

摘要 介绍一种在线塑料造粒的颗粒次品回收循环自动输送系统设计,对造粒的颗粒次品回收循环自动输送系统的功能与结构特点进行了研究,探讨解决在线塑料造粒的颗粒次品输送系统存在的问题,结果表明;一种在线塑料造粒的颗粒次品回收循环自动输送系统的优点在于,实现了在线造粒的次品回收自动循环输送,减少了人力成本,提升了生产效率,整体结构设计合理,控制送料系统灵活方便。 This paper introduces the design of an automatic conveying system for the recycling of defective particles in on-line plastic granulation.The functions and structural features of the system are studied.The problems existing in the system are discussed.The results show that the advantages of an automatic conveying system for the recycling of defective particles in on-line plastic granulation are that it realizes the automatic recycling transportation of defective products of online granulation,reduces the labor cost,improves the production efficiency,the overall structure design is reasonable,and the control feeding system is flexible and convenient.
