摘要 近些年甲状腺疾病尤其是甲状腺癌的发病率越来越高,严重威胁人们的身体健康和生命安全。甲状腺良恶性结节已成为现在临床研究和治疗的重点和难点。本综述主要对磁共振扩散加权成像(Diffuse weighted image,DWI)技术在均质甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中的应用进行阐述,并对小视野DWI技术进行展望。 In recent years,the incidence rate of thyroid diseases,especially thyroid cancer,is increasing.It seriously threatens people's health and safety.Benign and malignant thyroid nodules have become the focus and difficulty of clinical research and treatment.This review focuses on the application of Diffuse weighted image(DWI)technology in the diagnosis of homogeneous benign and malignant thyroid nodules,and prospects for small-field DWI technology.
