摘要
目的:探究悬挂式自控肘关节康复仪促进肘关节骨折患者功能恢复的临床效果。方法:选取在本院于2018年11月~2019年11月进行治疗的肘关节骨折患者72例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,两组各36例。选择悬挂式自控肘关节康复仪治疗的是观察组,择持续被动活动(CPM)机康复治疗的是对照组。对比两组关节功能恢复临床疗效、生命质量评分情况。结果:相较于对照组27例(75.00%),观察组的肘关节功能优良率为34例(94.44%)更高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组的生命质量评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是在治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组的生命质量评分更优,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肘关节骨折患者,采用悬挂式自控肘关节康复仪治疗,可显著改善患者的生活质量,取得极佳的关节功能恢复效果,加快患者康复速度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of suspension self-controlled elbow joint rehabilitation instrument on functional recovery of patients with elbow joint fracture.Methods:A total of 72 patients with elbow fracture treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the suspension-controlled elbow joint rehabilitation instrument,while the control group was treated with the continuous passive activity(CPM)machine.The clinical effect and quality of life score of joint function recovery in the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with 27 cases(75.00%)of the control group,34 cases(94.44%)of the observation group had a higher rate of excellent elbow function(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in qol scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the observation group was better,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with elbow joint fracture,the suspension self-controlled elbow joint rehabilitation instrument can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,achieve excellent joint function recovery effect,accelerate the recovery of patients,with clinical application value.
