宫腔镜治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopy on Submucosal Myoma of Uterus

目的:探究宫腔镜治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:从2017年11月~2019年9月选取在本院接受黏膜下子宫肌瘤治疗的76例患者,将其作为此次观察对象,按照治疗手段随机进行分配,为每组各38例的对照组和观察组。其中,对照组患者实施传统的开腹术治疗,观察组患者则行宫腔镜治疗,比较两组患者在手术和手术后的相关指标。结果:采用宫腔镜治疗的观察组患者术后和术后的相关指标均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:对黏膜子宫肌瘤患者,进行宫腔镜治疗,具有良好的效果,且创伤小,恢复较快。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids.Methods:From November 2017 to September 2019,76 patients with submucosal hysteromyoma in our hospital were selected as the observation objects,and randomly assigned according to the treatment methods,and 38 cases in each group were the control group and the observation group.Among them,the control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopy.Results:The observation group with hysteroscopy treatment and postoperative related indicators were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic treatment for patients with mucosal hysteromyoma has good effect,small trauma and quick recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
