UC-3500联合UF-5000分析系统在尿路感染诊断中的效能研究

Efficacy of UC-3500 Combined with UF-5000 Analysis System in the Diagnosis of Urinary Tract Infection

目的:探析UC-3500联合UF-5000分析系统在尿路感染(UTI)临床诊断中的效能。方法:以2019年10月~2020年3月在本院接受检查的600例疑似UTI患者纳入观察研究中,均取中段尿液,先后应用UC-3500和UF-5000分析系统进行尿液检测和实验室培养,以培养结果为标准,分析不同方法的检测结果。结果:本组600例标本实验室培养中,185例(30.83%)为阳性;以此为金标准,WBC+BACT+NIT诊断敏感性为89.73%,特异性94.66%,准确度83.83%。结论:UC-3500联合UF-5000分析系统诊断UTI有着良好效能,优于单一方法检测,有着重要临床价值。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of UC-3500 combined with UF-5000 in the clinical diagnosis of urinary tract infection(UTI).Methods:600 cases of suspected UTI patients in our hospital from October 2019 to March 2020 were included in the observation study,and the urine samples were collected.UC-3500 and UF-5000 analysis systems were used for urine detection and laboratory culture successively.The test results of different methods were analyzed based on the culture results.Results:185 cases(30.83%)were positive in the laboratory culture of 600 specimens;the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of WBC+bact+nit were 89.73%,94.66%and 83.83%respectively.Conclusion:UC-3500 combined with UF-5000 analysis system has good efficacy in the diagnosis of UTI,which is superior to single method detection and has important clinical value.
