摘要
目的:对过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌与传统灭菌效果方法进行比较。方法:本次研究所选取的对象为90套手术器械,按照随机性的原则将其分为两组,观察组和对照组每组45套,两组的灭菌方式不同,对两组的细菌残留率、器械损伤情况和灭菌后保存的有效时间等进行比较与分析。结果:观察组过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌效果较为理想,只有一次化学检测结果不合格;观察组的细菌残留率明显低于对照组,灭菌后保存有效时间长于对照组;观察组并未发生器械损伤和医护人员不良反应,对照组有12例器械损伤情况和8名医护人员不良反应,观察组的综合性能优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌的安全性更强,效果也更为明显。
Objective:The effect of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization was compared with that of traditional methods.Methods:In this study,90 sets of surgical instruments were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of randomness.The observation group and the control group each had 45 sets.The two groups had different sterilization methods.Results:In the observation group,the low-temperature plasma sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide was ideal,and only one chemical test result was unqualified.The bacterial residue rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the effective preservation time after sterilization was longer than that of the control group.In the observation group,there were no instrument injuries or adverse reactions of medical staff,while in the control group,there were 12 cases of instrument injuries and 8 adverse reactions of medical staff.The comprehensive performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization is more safe and effective.
