体外反搏对稳定型心绞痛的治疗作用及对患者左室功能的影响

Effect of Enhanced External Counterpulsation on Stable Sngina and Its Effect on Left Ventricular Function

目的:探析体外反搏(EECP)对稳定型心绞痛的治疗作用及对患者左室功能的影响。方法:将在本院接受治疗的110例稳定型心绞痛患者随机均衡分为两组(采集时间:2018年6月~2019年6月),每组55例。对照组选择常规治疗,观察组选择EECP,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组总有效率、CO、CI、SV、SI、ACI、VI、SVR、SVRI、STR对比,观察组数据优于对照组,统计学存在意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳定型心绞痛患者应用EECP治疗效果显著,可使患者舒张功能得到有效改善。

Objective:To explore the effect of external counterpulsation(EECP)on stable angina pectoris and the effect on left ventricular function.Methods:110 patients with stable angina were randomly divided into two groups(collection time:June 2018 to June 2019),55 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional therapy,the observation group was treated with EECP,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,Co,CI,SV,SI,ACI,VI,SVR,SVRI and STR of the observation group were better than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of EECP treatment in patients with stable angina pectoris is significant,which can effectively improve the diastolic function of patients.
