吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗痔疮的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Prolapse and Hemorrhoid Circumcision in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids

目的:分析吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗痔疮的临床效果。方法:抽取60例痔疮患者分组研究,观察组、对照组各30例,对照组行常规治疗,观察组行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗,对比两组时间指标、并发症情况、疼痛评分。结果:较之对照组,观察组手术、伤口愈合及出院恢复工作时间均明显缩短(P<0.05)。对照组并发症总发生率为33.33%,观察组为6.67%远小于对照组(P<0.05)。术后24h两组疼痛评分无明显差异,术后1周、1个月后观察组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予痔疮患者PPH治疗,可有效减少患者术后并发症,缩短术后恢复时间,减轻患者疼痛感。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of prolapse and hemorrhoid mucosa circumcision in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods:60 cases of hemorrhoids were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with PPH.The time index,complications and pain score of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation,wound healing and discharge recovery working time of the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the control group was 33.33%,which was 6.67%in the observation group,which was much lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups 24 hours after operation.The score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after 1 week and 1 month(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPH treatment for hemorrhoids patients can effectively reduce postoperative complications,shorten postoperative recovery time and relieve pain.
