经阴道超声介入治疗卵巢囊肿临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Transvaginal Ultrasound Interventional Treatment of Ovarian Cyst

目的:分析经阴道超声介入治疗卵巢囊肿临床效果。方法:选择从2016年11月~2018年9月于本院进行治疗的卵巢囊肿患者100例,结合治疗时间分为两组,其中有新型组50例和传统组50例,分别采用经阴道超声介入治疗和开腹囊肿切除术,对比两组手术指标、生活质量评分、治疗效果、两组妊娠情况。结果:新型组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间明显少于传统组,有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前,两组生活质量评分相差不大,P>0.05;治疗后,新型组生活质量评分明显高于传统组,新型组的治疗效果更明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05。新型组术前、术后3个月、术后6个月窦卵泡数与传统组相差不大,P>0.05;而新型组妊娠时间、妊娠高峰大于传统组,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:经阴道超声介入治疗卵巢囊肿临床效果更显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of transvaginal ultrasound interventional treatment of ovarian cysts.Method:A total of 100 patients with ovarian cysts who were treated in this hospital from November 2016 to September 2018 were selected and divided into two groups based on the treatment time.Among them,there were 50 cases in the new type group and 50 cases in the traditional group.Ultrasound interventional therapy and open cystectomy were performed to compare the surgical indicators,quality of life score,treatment effect,and pregnancy status of the two groups.Results:The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,and anal exhaust time of the new group were significantly less than those of the traditional group,with statistical significance P<0.05.Before treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were not much different,P>0.05;after treatment,the quality of life score of the new group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group.After treatment,the quality of life score of the new group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group,and the treatment effect of the new group was better.Obviously,there is statistical significance P<0.05.The number of antral follicles before operation,3 months after operation,and 6 months after operation in the new group was not much different from that of the traditional group P>0.05;while the pregnancy time and peak of pregnancy in the new group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of transvaginal ultrasound interventional treatment of ovarian cysts is more significant.
