超声测量胃窦部横截面积评估急诊麻醉手术患者术前胃内容物及胃容量的价值

Ultrasound Measurement of Antral Cross-sectional Area of Gastric Sinus to Evaluate the Value of Preoperative Gastric Contents and Gastric Volume in Patients Undergoing Emergency Anesthesia

目的:探究超声测量胃窦部横截面积在评估急诊麻醉手术患者术前胃内容物及胃容量的价值。方法:选择2018年3月~2019年3月本院64例急诊手术患者为对象。患者就术前运用超声对胃窦部横截面积进行测量,之后用胃管抽取胃液,计算胃容量,并将胃窦部横截面积与胃内容物及胃容量行比对。结果:胃内容物及胃容量与胃窦部横截面积呈正相关,与年龄及BMI值无关;且未禁食患者呕吐发生频率63.6%(7/11),禁食2h为16.7%(5/30),禁食4h为8.7%(2/23),呕吐发生与禁食时长呈负相关。结论:超声测量胃窦部横截面积能够有效对胃内容物及胃容量进行评估。

Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasound in measuring the cross-sectional area of gastric antrum in evaluating the preoperative gastric contents and gastric volume in patients undergoing emergency anesthesia.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,64 patients with emergency surgery were selected.The patient measured the cross-sectional area of the gastric antrum with ultrasound before surgery,and then used the gastric tube to extract gastric juice,calculate the gastric volume,and compare the cross-sectional area of the gastric sinus with the stomach contents and gastric capacity.Results:Gastric contents and gastric volume were positively correlated with cross-sectional area of gastric antrum,regardless of age and BMI;and the frequency of vomiting was 63.6%(7/11)in non-fasted patients and 16.7%in fasting 2 h(5/30),fasting 4 h was 8.7%(2/23),and vomiting was negatively correlated with fasting duration.Conclusion:Ultrasound measurement of the cross-sectional area of the antrum can effectively evaluate the contents of the stomach and gastric capacity.
