宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Hysteroscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps

目的:探讨不同宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法:选取子宫内膜息肉患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组行宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗,观察组行宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量与住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,观察组术后3个月与6个月的月经量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组并发症发生率与复发率均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜息肉应用宫腔镜下电切术治疗的疗效确切,可使患者术后出血量减少,并发症发生率降低,同时可减少疾病复发,具备较好的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the effects of different hysteroscopic surgeries in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:80 patients with endometrial polyps were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group underwent hysteroscopic curettage,the observation group underwent hysteroscopic endometrial electrotomy.the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the menstrual volume of the observation group at 3 months and 6 months after operation was less,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence of complications and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps is effective.can reduce postoperative blood loss,reduced incidence of complications,it also reduces the risk of disease recurrence,it has good application value.
