Objective:To explore the clinical effect of expectoration machine in the treatment of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:44 patients with pulmonary infection after intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into the study group and the control group by the odd and even sequence. The patients in the control group were treated with atomization inhalation therapy, while those in the study group were treated with expectoration machine on the basis of atomization inhalation therapy. The blood oxygen partial pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure, heart rate and respiratory frequency of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results:After treatment, the blood oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure of the study group were(83.94±6.27)mmHg and(48.65±5.76)mmHg,significantly better than those of the control group(69.38±5.03)mmHg and(60.38±6.34)mmHg(P<0.05).The heart rate and respiratory rate of the patients in the study group were(76.29±7.34)times/min and(18.68±2.73)times/min,significantly better than those in the control group(83.86±7.52)times/min and(22.69±2.94)times/min(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of expectoration machine in the treatment of pulmonary infection after intracerebral hemorrhage is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect.
