经阴道超声对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound for Uterine Scar Diverticulum After Cesarean Section

目的:研究分析经阴道超声对剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室的诊断价值。方法:随机选择40例分娩时采用剖宫产后出现瘢痕子宫憩室的患者,将其分为对照组与实验组,每组患者数为20例,对照组采用子宫输卵管碘油造影的诊断方式,实验组采用经阴道超声诊断,诊断完毕后对比两组患者诊断的时间和准确率。结果:经诊断后20例患者有1例患者误诊,准确率为95.00%,对照组有4例患者误诊,2例漏诊,准确率70.00%,且实验组所用时间明显短于对照组,以上数据差异明显,具有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室的诊断耗时短,同时还具备极高的诊断准确率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To study and analyze the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound in cesarean section of uterine scar diverticulum.Methods:Randomly selected 40 cases of birth by cesarean section scar uterus diverticulum patients,it can be divided into control group and experimental group,each group of patients number is 20,the control group with uterus oviduct iodine oil imaging diagnosis way,used by transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis,diagnostic compared two groups of patients after time and accuracy.Results:After diagnosis,1 of the 20 patients was misdiagnosed with an accuracy of 95.00%,4 patients in the control group were misdiagnosed with an accuracy of 70.00%,and 2 patients in the experimental group were misdiagnosed with an accuracy of 70.00%.Moreover,the time used in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The difference in the above data was significant and of statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound has a short time to diagnose the uterine scar diverticulum after cesarean section.It also has a high diagnostic accuracy and is of high clinical value.
