摘要
目的:在输卵管通畅性检查中分别应用3D-Hycosy、4D-Hycosy两种诊断技术。方法:选取2017年12月~2019年11月在本院治疗的78例不孕症患者,将其分为两组。对照组患者39例,进行阴道3D-Hycosy检查,观察组患者39例,进行阴道4D-Hycosy检查。结果:对照组经3D–HyCoSy诊断的敏感度为91.94%,特异度为75%,准确度为88.46%,一致性可靠(P<0.05);观察组经4D–HyCoSy诊断的敏感度为96.88%,特异度为92.86%,准确度为96.15%,一致性良好(P<0.05)。结论:在输卵管通畅性诊断中4D–HyCoSy诊断的效能更高,与3D-Hycosy相比具有一定优势。
Objective:To apply 3D-Hycosy and 4D-Hycosy two diagnostic techniques in the examination of tubal patency.Method:A total of 78 infertility patients treated in our hospital from December 2017 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups.39 patients in the control group underwent vaginal 3D-Hycosy examination,and 39 patients in the observation group underwent vaginal 4D-Hycosy examination.Results:The sensitivity of the control group by 3D-HyCoSy diagnosis was 91.94%,the specificity was 75%,the accuracy was 88.46%,and the consistency was reliable(P<0.05);the observation group was diagnosed by 4D-HyCoSy with a sensitivity of 96.88%,The specificity is 92.86%,the accuracy is 96.15%,and the consistency is good(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of tubal patency,4D-HyCoSy has a higher diagnostic efficiency and has certain advantages compared with 3D-Hycosy.
