窄谱中波紫外线治疗仪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗玫瑰糠疹

Treatment of Pityriasis Rosea with Narrowband Ultraviolet Therapy Apparatus Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin

目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线治疗仪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗玫瑰糠疹临床疗效。方法:选择2018年7月~2019年7月收治的46例玫瑰糠疹患者为本次研究对象,按照治疗方案不同将所有患者分为对照组(23例:窄谱中波紫外线治疗仪治疗)与实验组(23例:窄谱中波紫外线治疗仪合复方甘草酸苷治疗),比较两组患者预后。结果:实验组治疗1个疗程后血清白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)等相关细胞因子参数明显优于对照组,且治疗2个疗程后总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玫瑰糠疹患者窄谱中波紫外线治疗仪合复方甘草酸苷治疗效果明显优于窄谱中波紫外线治疗仪治疗。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of narrow-band UVB and Compound Glycyrrhizin on pityriasis rosea.Methods:46 patients with pityriasis rosea were enrolled in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.According to different treatment plans,all patients were divided into control group(23 cases:single narrow-band UVB treatment instrument)and experimental group(23 cases:narrow-band UVB treatment instrument combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin treatment).The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results:The parameters of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-8 in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group after one course of treatment,and the total effective rate(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group after two courses of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of narrow-band UVB combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin is better than that of a narrow-band UVB.
