无创呼吸机在急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Noninvasive Ventilator in Acute Heart Failure with Respiratory Failure

目的:探究无创呼吸机在急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年9月~2019年9月收治的64例急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各32例,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组采用无创呼吸机治疗,对比患者治疗后呼吸状况评分、治疗前后呼吸频率及心率变化,及治疗前后动脉血气变化情况。结果:实验组患者治疗后呼吸状况评分显著好于对照组(P<0.05),且患者治疗前呼吸频率及心率对比无差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义,治疗后的呼吸频率及心率对比,实验组显著好于对照组(P<0.05),同时患者治疗前动脉血气变化情况对比无差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义,治疗后的动脉血气变化情况对比,实验组显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过无创呼吸机治疗应用,能够为急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者症状改善提供帮助,对提高患者治疗水平具有重要指导意义,在患者治疗呼吸状况改善上也具有重要临床实践价值。

Objective:To explore the application value of noninvasive ventilator in acute heart failure combined with respiratory failure.Methods:64 patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure admitted from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated with non-invasive ventilator.The changes of respiratory status score,respiratory frequency and heart rate before and after treatment,and arterial blood gas before and after treatment were compared.Results:The score of respiratory status in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the comparison of respiratory frequency and heart rate before treatment(P>0.05),no statistical significance.The comparison of respiratory frequency and heart rate after treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the change of arterial blood gas in the patients before treatment(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance.The change of arterial blood gas in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of non-invasive ventilator can provide help to improve the symptoms of patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure.It has important guiding significance to improve the treatment level of patients.It also has important clinical practice value in improving the respiratory condition of patients,so it can be popularized in the management of patients.
