急性胸腹部创伤应用多层螺旋CT诊断的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Mmulti-slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Acute Chest and Abdomen Trauma

目的:探析急性胸腹部创伤应用多层螺旋CT诊断的实际效果。方法:将2018年1月~2019年1月这一区间作为研究时段,选择此时段内本院急诊科收治的100例急性胸腹部创伤患者作为研究对象,将所有患者分别进行X射线诊断以及多层螺旋CT诊断,对患者分别于两种诊断完成后的实际结果进行分析和比较。结果:多层螺旋CT诊断的最终成像质量情况明显优于应用X射线进行诊断的成像质量,另外多层螺旋CT诊断的诊断结果符合率为100.00%,明显高于应用X射线进行诊断的85.00%,表示多层螺旋CT诊断的效果更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对急性胸腹部创伤患者进行诊断时,采用多层螺旋CT诊断能够得到更好的成像质量,同时具有更高的诊断准确率,有较高应用价值。

Objective:To explore the actual effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest and abdomen trauma.Methods:The period from January 2018 to January 2019 was used as the research period.100 patients with acute chest and abdomen trauma admitted to the emergency department of our hospital during this period were selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed by X-ray and multiple Slice spiral CT diagnosis,analyze and compare the actual results of the patients after the two diagnoses are completed.Results:The final imaging quality of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis is significantly better than that of X-ray diagnosis.In addition,the diagnostic result coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis is 100.00%,which is significantly higher than 85.00%of X-ray diagnosis,Indicating that the diagnostic effect of multi-slice spiral CT is better,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When diagnosing patients with acute chest and abdomen trauma,the use of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis can get better imaging quality,at the same time,it has a higher diagnostic accuracy rate and has higher application value.
