缺血性脑血管病中颈动脉超声的应用价值研究

The Value of Carotid Ultrasound in Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:观察颈动脉超声检查在缺血性脑血管病诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2018年5月~2019年3月收治的80例缺血性脑血管病患者,并将其作为研究组;同时选取80例同期健康体检者,将其作为对照组;对两组人员均采用颈动脉超声检查,对比两组人员的检查结果。结果:检查后,研究组患者在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块中的检出率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且两组人员在无斑块、单发斑块以及多发斑块的检出率中均有较为明显的差异(P<0.05);在两组人员颈动脉粥样硬化斑块分布情况中,两组均没有明显差异(P>0.05);在两组颈动脉内中膜厚度检测中,研究组患者厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈动脉超声检查在缺血性脑血管病患者中,能够有效判断患者的斑块情况、性质以及分布情况,且具有较高的检出率。

Objective:To observe the application value of carotid artery ultrasound in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:Select 80 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to March 2019 and use them as the research group;at the same time,select 80 patients with healthy physical examination at the same time as the control group;carotid artery ultrasound examinations were used for both groups.Compare the inspection results of the two groups.Results:After the examination,the detection rate of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the two groups were in the absence of plaques,single plaques and multiple plaques.There was a significant difference in the detection rate(P<0.05);in the distribution of carotid atherosclerotic plaques between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);in the detection of film thickness,the thickness of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,carotid ultrasound examination can effectively determine the patient’s plaque status,nature and distribution,and has a high detection rate,which has a high promotion value.
