医用电气安全的质量控制分析与效果评价

Quality Control Analysis and Effect Evaluation of Medical Electrical Safety

目的:加强医疗设备的电气安全风险管理。方法:从2019年6月~2020年5月,选取本院在用的150台医疗设备作为研究对象,其中呼吸机25台、监护仪50台、心电图机20台、高频电刀18台、除颤仪12台、彩超25台,采用ESA620电气安全分析仪作为检测设备,对医疗设备进行定性检查和定量检测,并对医疗设备进行质量控制分析与效果评价。结果:医用电气安全质量控制检测效果,呼吸机合格率92%、监护仪合格率90%、心电图机合格率90%、高频电刀合格率83.3%、除颤仪合格率83.3%、彩超合格率88%。结论:开展医疗设备电气安全的质量控制检测,及时发现其存在隐患,提高医疗设备使用的安全性,能够确保患者安全。

Objective:Strengthen the risk management of electrical safety of medical equipment.Methods:From June 2019 to May 2020,150 sets of medical equipment in use in our hospital were selected as the research object,including 25 ventilators,50 monitors,20 electrocardiographs,18 high-frequency electrotomes,12 defibrillators and 25 color Doppler ultrasound.The ESA620 electrical safety analyzer was used as the testing equipment to conduct qualitative and quantitative inspection on medical equipment,and to control the quality of medical equipment system analysis and effect evaluation.Results:The qualified rate of ventilator,monitor,electrocardiograph,high frequency electrotome,defibrillator and color Doppler ultrasound were 92%,90%,83.3%,83.3%and 88%,respectively.Conclusion:To carry out the quality control test of electrical safety of medical equipment,find out the hidden dangers in time,improve the safety of medical equipment,and ensure the safety of patients.
