消毒供应室一体化管理在手术室器械处理中的应用价值研究

Research on the Application Value of Integrated Management of Disinfection and Supply Room in the Treatment of Operating Room Instruments

目的:探究消毒供应室一体化管理在手术室器械处理中的应用价值。方法:以手术室医疗器械1000例为对象,研究时间是2018年5月~2020年5月,分为参照组与研究组,每组各500例,参照组实施常规管理,研究组实施一体化管理,对比管理效果。结果:对于器械清洗包装达标率,研究组更优,P<0.05。研究组患者意度为98%,参照组是90%,研究组使用满意度明显高于参照组,P<0.05,统计学意义存在。结论:消毒供应室的手术器械处理过程中采用一体化管理,可促使器械清洗包装达标率提高,并得到患者的满意评价,具有显著管理效果,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective:To explore the application value of integrated management of disinfection supply room in operating room instrument handling.Methods:1000 cases of medical devices in the operating room were taken as the object.The study time is from May 2018 to May 2020.They are divided into a reference group and a research group,each with 500 cases.The reference group implements regular management,and the research group implements integrated management,Compare management effects.Results:For the compliance rate of equipment cleaning and packaging,the research group was better,P<0.05.The patientʼs degree of satisfaction in the study group was 98%,and the reference group was 90%.The satisfaction degree of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of integrated management in the processing of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply room can promote the improvement of the compliance rate of instrument cleaning and packaging,and obtain satisfactory evaluation from patients.It has significant management effects and can be widely used in clinical practice.
