摘要
氮氧化物带来的环境效应多种多样,它既是形成酸雨的主要物质之一,也在臭氧的形成过程中起着重要作用。新的环保标准(HJ75-2017)指出烟气排放连续监测中必须监测NO2的含量。故作者利用红外气体分析仪和NO2-NO转换器来测量NOX总含量的方法,设计了基于PLC的回转窑煅烧石油焦后产生的烟气中NOX总含量的监测系统,使用方便,经济可靠。
The environmental effects of nitrogen oxides are various.It is not only one of the main substances that form acid rain,but also plays an important role in the formation of ozone.The new environmental protection standard(hj75-2017)points out that the content of NO2 must be monitored in the continuous monitoring of flue gas emission.Therefore,the author uses infrared gas analyzer and no2-no converter to measure the total NOx content,and designs a PLC based monitoring system for total NOx content in flue gas produced by calcining petroleum coke in rotary kiln.
