广泛用于烟气在线监测的温压流一体机的设计研究

摘要 随着环境保护观念日益深入人心,大气的保护逐渐被重视。对工厂、供热站的废气监测是一项重要的监测工作,在环境监测的工作中占有重要地位。为了提升烟气在线监测的温度压力流速采集数据和速度,本文设计了一款温压流监测一体机,通过使用集成度高的STM32F407芯片,对烟囱排放的废气进行温度、压力、流速进行在线监测。提高了监测效率及准确度,为管理者提供了精准的环境数据。 As the concept of environmental protection becomes more and more popular,the protection of the atmosphere is gradually being valued.The exhaust gas monitoring of factories and heating station s is an important monitoring task,and it occupies an important position in environmental monitoring.In order to improve the collection data and speed of the temperature,pressure and flow rate of the flue gas online monitoring,this paper designs a temperature and pressure flow monitoring integrated machine.By using the highly integrated STM32F407 chip,the temperature,pressure and flow rate of the exhaust gas discharged from the chimney are monitored online.Improve the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring,and provide managers with accurate environmental data.
