摘要
人的能力发挥程度与激励有很大的关系。缺少激励往往会缺乏动力,使能力的发挥大打折扣,而科学合理的激励机制可以最大限度地激发人的能力。在高校青年教师职业生涯发展过程中,建立完善的激励机制,能够不断提高青年教师的工作热情和效率,激发他们的潜能。该文分析了如何开展高校青年教师激励工作,使高校青年教师能够实现个人发展目标,进而促进高校教育水平的提高。
The extent of a person's ability to play has a great relationship with incentives.The lack of incentives often leads to lack of motivation,which greatly reduces the ability to play,while a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism can maximize the ability of people.In the career development of young teachers in colleges and universities,the establishment of a sound incentive mechanism can continuously improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of their work and stimulate their potential.This paper analyzes how to carry out the incentive work for young teachers in colleges and universities,so as to help them realize their personal development goals,and then promote the improvement of higher education.
