独立学院教育治理问题的分析——以昆明医科大学海源学院为例

Analysis of Educational Governance in Independent Colleges:Taking Haiyuan College of Kunming Medical University as an Example

独立学院的治理不仅为现代学校的发展提供了重要的战略规划,而且也为独立学院增强竞争力和提高绩效提供了组织架构。如何有效开展治理工作,对独立学院的发展建设至关重要。当前独立学院的决策能力和执行力普遍不强,该文对治理工作进行了思考,通过将教育治理的相关理论与工作实际相联系,反思独立学院在教育治理执行力方面存在的问题,并提出解决方法。

College governance not only provides an important strategic plan for the development of modern colleges and universities,but also provides an organizational structure for colleges and universities to enhance competitiveness and improve performance.How to effectively carry out"governance"is crucial to the development and construction of colleges and universities.This paper discusses the issue in the context that the decision-making and implementation of independent colleges are not strong.Through the relevant theories of educational governance,combining the actual work,we reflect on the problems in the implementation of educational governance,and put forward solutions.
