特殊教育高校党建工作探析

长期以来,党中央高度重视特殊教育高校的党建工作。特殊教育高校的党建工作具有一定的特殊性,在党建工作开展过程中,须结合学生实际情况制订合理的党建工作方案,发挥党组织的领导作用,为特殊教育高校构建“学习型”和“创新型”党组织。该文探究了特殊教育高校党建工作的重要性和当前特殊教育高校党建工作的现状,提出了特殊教育高校党建工作的策略。
