Analysis on the Implementation Path of Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education

课程思政是新时代高校思想政治工作改革的方向,其目标是围绕“立德树人”这个教育的根本任务,深入挖掘各个专业、各个学科的育人价值,以促进大学生全面成长成才。该文从三个方面分析了高校实施课程思政的路径:一是树立全员育人的理念;二是提升教师的能力和综合素养;三是构筑完善的工作平台和激励机制。

Curriculum-based ideological and political education is the direction of the reform of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.Its goal is to deeply explore the value of educating people in various majors and disciplines focusing on the fundamental task of"enhancing morality and fostering talents",in order to promote the comprehensive growth of college students.This paper analyzes the path for colleges and universities to implement curriculum-based ideological and political education from three aspects:the first is to establish the idea of whole-staff education;the second is to improve the ability and comprehensive quality of teachers;the third is to build a perfect work platform and incentive mechanism.
