应用型大学背景下校企合作对我校生物工程专业的作用及意义

生物工程专业是一门可以解决很多实际问题的专业,具有较好的发展前景。河北科技师范学院(以下简称“我校”)开设生物工程专业的时间较短。因此,必须探寻一个行之有效的校企合作模式,这样才能培养出一批既具备扎实基础知识,又具备较强动手能力的学生,既有助于提高生物工程专业在我校的地位,也可以使我校学生在就业市场上具有较好的竞争力。该文主要阐述了我校生物工程专业对校企合作企业的选择原则、学生在企业实习过程中遇到的问题以及较好的解决办法,以期为我校探索出高效的学生培养模式。

Bioengineering is a discipline that can solve many practical problems and has a good development prospect.The major of bioengineering is newly opened in our university,so it is necessary to explore a practical and effective way of schoolenterprise cooperation.Only in this way can it help to cultivate a group of students who have both solid basic knowledge and good hands-on ability.This will both help to improve the status of the major in colleges and universities,and enable students to develop competitiveness in the job market.This paper mainly elaborates the selection principles of enterprises for school-enterprise cooperation in the bioengineering major of our university,and the problems in the practice at enterprises.
