蛙泳的技术动作较为复杂。开展蛙泳课教学时,首先应根据大学生的特点进行必要的理论教学,让学生了解蛙泳的技术特点和动作原理等理论知识;然后再根据蛙泳技术动作的特点,按照先分解、后完整的学习过程,循序渐进地进行实践教学,并在技术动作学习之余增加必要的专项素质训练,提高训练成绩。

Breaststroke is a common teaching content in physical education in colleges and universities.In order to improve the teaching effect,we should first carry out the necessary theoretical teaching according to the characteristics of college students,so that students can understand the technical characteristics and movement principles of breaststroke,and then according to the characteristics of breaststroke technical movements,as well as the learning process of from decomposition to integration,carry out practice teaching step by step,and increase the necessary special quality training in addition to the technical action learning,so as to improve training results.
