朋辈辅导作为学校心理健康教育的一个重要内容,团体辅导作为心理健康教育的一个有效形式,将二者相结合,充分发挥朋辈辅导的朋辈认同、方便易行等优势,团体辅导的高效、动力强等特点,共同构建既有身边同学带动、又有教师专业引导的立体式心理健康支持体系,全员、全方位开展心理健康教育与扶助体系,深度形成心理健康教育合力,更好地发挥心理健康教育成效。

Peer counseling is an important content of school psychological health education,and group counseling is an effective form of psychological health education.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the two to give full play to the advantages of peer counseling,such as peer recognition and convenience,and the characteristics of group counseling,such as high efficiency and strong motivation,and jointly build a three-dimensional psychological health support system driven by students around and professionally guided by teachers,so as to carry out psychological health education and its support system for all staff in an all-round way,form a joint force in psychological health education,and give better play to the effectiveness of psychological health education.
