大学生个人成长主动性与主观幸福感的关系 被引量:1

The Relationship between Personal Growth Initiative and Subjective Well-being of College Students

摘要 为探究主观幸福感和个人成长主动性的相关关系,本研究采用了CamPell(1976)编制的幸福感指数量表和Robitschek等学者编制的《个人成长主动性量表(第二版)》(PGIS-Ⅱ)(中文版),选取粤东地区的373名大学生作为样本进行调查。调查结果显示,大学生的主观幸福感和个人成长主动性处于中等偏上水平,大学生主观幸福感总分及其两个维度和个人成长主动性及其四个维度均呈现显著的正相关关系,且个人成长主动性与主观幸福感具有双向预测作用。 In order to explore the correlation between subjective well-being and personal growth initiative,this study adopted the Well-being Index Scale compiled by CamPell(1976)and the"Personal Progressive Initiative Scale(Second Edition)"(PGIS-Ⅱ)(Chinese version)compiled by scholars including Robitschek,and selected 373 college students in eastern Guangdong as a sample for investigation.The survey results show that the subjective well-being and personal growth initiative of college students are at the upper-middle level.The total score of college students'subjective well-being and its two dimensions,and personal growth initiative and its four dimensions,all show a significant positive correlation,and personal growth initiative and subjective well-being have a two-way predictive effect.
