政务档案知识管理与服务是当前各级政府由管理型向服务型转变的重要内容之一,也是档案管理工作发展的新趋势。该文对政务档案知识管理及相关领域研究成果进行梳理,对政务档案知识管理的理论基础和技术支持进行简要归纳,以期呈现该领域研究的成绩和空白,从而促进政务档案知识管理研究的深入发展。

The knowledge management and service of government affairs archives is one of the important contents of the current government at all levels transforming from management-orientation to service-orientation,and it is also a new trend in the development of archives management.This paper sorts out the research results of knowledge management of government affairs archives and related fields,and briefly summarizes the theoretical basis and technical support of knowledge management of government affairs archives,hoping to present the achievements and deficiencies in this field,so as to promote the in-depth development of knowledge management of government affairs archives.
